
The new FASFA form was released on December 31, 2023. The Federal deadline for filing the FASFA for the 2024-2025 school year is June 30, 2025. The Missouri deadline for priority consideration is February 1, 2024. Missouri will accept applications through April 1, 2024.
In order to complete the FASFA form, the first thing you need to do is create a FASFA ID. You will need your date of birth, Social Security Number and a valid e-mail address to obtain a FASFA ID. Your parents will also have to obtain a FASFA ID as well. You can go to the following website to fill out the information for the FASFA ID:

After you have obtained your FASFA ID, in order to fill out the FASFA form itself, you will need the following:
The student’s Social Security Number and the Social Security Numbers of parents; Tax returns for students and for parents for the past two years; Records of child support received; Current balance of cash, savings, and/or checking accounts; and worth/amount of investments, business or farm enterprises.

The Jr. High ELA classes are writing a narrative called The Day I Escaped. They had to work together in an escape room and record their activities. The winners of the day are Colton Brown and Bentley Smith with a time of 15 minutes! It has been so much fun watching them try to decipher codes and work together for a great story!




The Hurley BBQ Team will be smoking and preparing Valentine’s Dinners for pick up or delivery on Saturday, February 17th. Contact a BBQ Team member, Mr. Appletoft, Mrs. M&M, or the front office to order meals! All money and forms are due February 7th!
FFA will be selling flower-grams, candy-grams, and Crush soda-grams for Valentine's day. If you would like to purchase one, please ask an FFA member or visit the front office in person. All money and orders are due by Wednesday, February 7th!

JH Volleyball practice begins Monday, January 29, after school. This is for 6-8th grade. Practice and game schedules will be handed out on January 25. FRIDAY: It's Homecoming night! Join us for a night full of action as the Tigers host Bradleyville. Tip off for the girls game is at 5:30, followed by the boys game. There will be an alumni lounge with refreshments where Hurley alums can catch up with one another. You will also be able to make a donation to the Hurley Alumni Scholarship fund that will be awarded at graduation. The Hurley class of 2004 will be honored at this year's game. We hope to see you there, '04 graduates! Following the games, a new Homecoming queen will be crowned. After that, the HOCO dance will begin. Hurley Archery competed in the Crane tournament on January 20th, with 12 other schools and 314 archers recording scores in the tournament. Hurley Archery Team Results: Middle School Team placed 5th with a score of 2675 Elementary team placed 1st with a score of 2649 Hurley Archery Individual Results: Stockton LeForce placed 1st with a score of 253 Chloe Scott placed 1st with a score of 248 Five more archers qualified for state and 13 archers shot their personal best for the season. Congratulations to all Archers. Our next tournament is at Billings Saturday, January 27th bus leaves at 9 AM All scores can be viewed at nasptournaments.org
