
Hurley Archery competed in the MoNASP State Tournament at the Branson Convention Center from March 20th to 23rd, 2024. A total of 3800 archers from 268 schools vied for state titles and a chance at the National Tournament.
The Elementary Team secured spots in the National tournament in both Bullseye (8th place with a score of 2944) and 3-D (6th place with a score of 1443). The Middle School Team also qualified for the National tournament in 3-D with a score of 1500.
During the competition, 13 archers set personal records in Bullseye, and 8 achieved personal bests in 3-D. Noteworthy performances by Danayla Lawrence, who earned 9th place in the Elementary Female division with a score of 265, and Aiden Whittington, who secured 2nd place in 3-D with a score of 272, earning a trophy, a medal, and a ticket to Nationals.
Kudos to Stockton LeForce for consistently performing well and landing in 11th place overall in Bullseye after a tight competition in the final round.
Congratulations to all the archers on their accomplishments! The next challenge awaits at the National tournament from May 9th to 11th in Louisville, Kentucky.

Hurley made a great showing in the season opener on Bull Shoals Lake! Mason Dunn and Caysen Youngblood took big bass with a 5.16 lb. bass and 7th place out of 210 boats with a weight of 16.27 lbs.
