Students in Entrepreneurship class had a blast going to Aurora and Monett learning how business owners got their businesses started and how they run them.




MAP and EOC testing reminder - 3rd - 8th grades start tomorrow. High School EOC testing starts May 9.


A reminder to all students and parents, MAP testing for grades 3-8 begins tomorrow, EOCs for high school will begin May 9. We are super excited for our students to show off all that they have accomplished this year. Please remember the following to help with a successful testing experience: attendance - be at school every day, on time, and ready to do great! Get a good night's sleep before all tests. Start each day with a healthy breakfast. Hurley School is providing free lunch and breakfast for the next two weeks of testing for all of our students. We outperformed several area schools on last year's MAP and EOC tests, let's do it again this year!! Tiger Up!

Mark Twain Conference Art Fair. Our school received 9 ribbons. Our students also did a great job of impov drawing as well!



Slight change in plans: K-2 field trip eating lunch at the zoo then heading to JR Martin park in Republic. Will be back to school by 2:30.

Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors spoke with OTC today about the variety of opportunities they offer for students after graduation. They were given handouts on OTC programs, A+ and FAFSA. Ask your students about their future plans at the dinner table tonight. It's never too early to start planning!

Our third and fourth grade classes hosted a Famous Missourian Wax Museum last week. There were actors, singers, teachers, astronauts, scientists, authors, olympians, and even a couple of presidents! They did a great job presenting their research! #HurleyTigerUp
