Thursday, December 19: Girls and boys basketball at Pleasant Hope at 5:30

Friday, December 20: Boys basketball vs Galena at 5:30

Saturday, December 21: Boys basketball at Ash Grove at 1:30

Saturday, December 21: Girls basketball at Morrisville at 6:00

High School Announcements  (Grades 9-12)

Principal Note for High Schoolers: Finals week is upon us! Make sure your student is prepared, rested, and ready to rock those finals! Have a wonderful, safe holiday!  

Club Announcements: 

December 18th, FCA @ 7:00 AM in Wertz’s room. 

December 20th, the BBQ team will be cooking ribs for staff. 

FFA

  • SW District Greenhand Conference is on January 8th, this is for Ag 1 students only. Official Dress is required to attend this event.

  • FFA members, be thinking about which contest you would like to compete in this year, contest season is just around the corner. See Ms. Hance for more information on contests.

Teacher announcements for High School courses:

Knight: English 1, 2, 3, are taking their final on Tuesday and English 4 is taking their final on Wednesday. There will be time later in the week to finish if students cannot finish during their allotted time.

Moeller: Tuesday - Geometry and Alg. 2 final; Wednesday - Personal Finance, Contemporary Math finals;

Hampton: Wednesday - Biology, Ecology, and 9th grade Science finals; 

Little: Wednesday - Government and American History finals; 

Jr. High Announcements (Grades 7th & 8th)

Principal Note for Jr. High: Finals week is upon us! Make sure your student is prepared, rested, and ready to rock those finals! Have a wonderful, safe holiday!  


Teacher announcements for Jr. High Core Subjects: 

7th grade ELA (Knight): 7th grade will be reviewing for finals on Monday and Tuesday and testing on Wednesday. There will be extra testing time on Thursday if needed. 

7th grade Reading (Lumpkin): This week is all about finals! Students will spend time reviewing content from the semester, and their reading final is scheduled for Tuesday, December 17th. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas!

7th grade Math (Conlee): We will be in finals mode. All students will be reviewing content from the semester. Math final will be on Wednesday, December 18th. Happy Holidays!

7th grade Science (Hampton):  I want to wish everyone an awesome holiday break.  Please remind your students to study and do their very best preparing for the end of semester Finals!!!!

7th grade Social Studies (Donnell): Students will continue the unit on Africa learning the history, cultural, and geography of the continent using maps, videos, along with the text.

8th grade ELA (Knight): Students will continue reviewing for the final on Monday, and test on Tuesday. There will be extra time to continue testing on Wednesday if need be. 

8th grade Reading (Lumpkin): This week is all about finals! Students will spend time reviewing content from the semester, and their reading final is scheduled for Tuesday, December 17th. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas!
