The conclusion of the season brought thrilling achievements for the Hurley Air Rifle team as they participated in the State and National Student Air Rifle (SAR) Tournament on Saturday, December 2, in Festus, Missouri. In both tournaments, a total of nineteen students (12 Elementary, 7 Middle School) showcased their skills and returned with impressive accolades. Remarkably, thirteen Hurley team members achieved personal best scores for the season. The outcomes of the Missouri State Tournament revealed outstanding success for both Hurley teams, securing 1st Place Medals:
Hurley Elementary Team claimed 1st place with a score of 923.
Hurley Middle School Team earned 1st place with a score of 1297.
